Here is the big idea.

I want to create for you, high quality images that show your property at its best.
I want to create a short impactful video, that really catches the attention of people looking at your listing, showing them something new, and giving your listing a very “high end” or premium feel.
Instead of paying for my services in dollars $$, you just let me stay at your place with my family.

Have you done this before?

Yes! I have service swapped tons of times. From a sailing trip on a sailboat in Panama, to bread at the local baker. I do service swaps all the time.

Have you photographed real-estate before?

Yes, you bet. From simple listings, to photographing for boutique hotels, I have done quite a bit of this.

What’s the deal?

I get to stay at your place, with my family. When we first get there, I will photograph everything, while it’s clean and in tip top shape. I will also shoot video clips, then edit everything and deliver it to you.
